Justyol Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

At Justyol, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can easily request a return, exchange, or refund through our website.

1. Returns

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Justyol account.
  2. Go to the Order Page and select the order you wish to return.
  3. Click the Request Return button and follow the instructions provided by our Shopify app plugin.

Once the return request is processed, you will receive further instructions via email, including how to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or made-to-order products
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or items with a short shelf life
  • Intimate products such as lingerie, swimwear, or undergarments
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

2. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you can easily request an exchange through our website within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to stock availability.

To exchange an item:

  1. Log in to your Justyol account.
  2. Go to the Order Page and select the order you wish to exchange.
  3. Click the Request Exchange button and follow the instructions provided by our Shopify app plugin.

Note: In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a direct exchange.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process:

  • Request the refund through the Order Page on our website.
  • Once your return is approved, you will be notified, and the refund will be processed.

If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, feel free to contact our support team.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items returned after 14 days

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a return request through the Order Page on our website and select the option indicating the item is damaged or defective. Upload any relevant photos to expedite the process.

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, depending on your preference.

6. Delayed Shipping

At Justyol, we aim to deliver your items on time. However, if your order is delayed beyond 35 days from the date of purchase, you have the right to request a full refund. To request a refund for delayed shipping:

  1. Log in to your Justyol account.
  2. Go to the Order Page and select the delayed order.
  3. Click the Request Refund button, and our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

You can still choose to keep the order if you prefer to wait, but the option for a refund will remain available if the shipping delay exceeds 35 days.

7. How to Use Our Returns/Exchanges System

Our Shopify app plugin simplifies returns and exchanges. To request a return, exchange, or refund:

  1. Log in to your Justyol account.
  2. Go to the Order Page and select the order.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your request.
  4. Our team will review and process the request, and you'll receive updates via email.
