2. How can I track my order?

You can track your order by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Justyol account.
  2. Go to the Order History section under your profile.
  3. Select the order you want to track, and you’ll see the latest updates regarding the shipment status.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Bank transfer
  • Cashplus

All transactions are processed securely.


4. How can I request a return or exchange?

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Log in to your Justyol account.
  2. Go to the Order Page and select the order you want to return or exchange.
  3. Click the Request Return or Request Exchange button and follow the instructions. Our Shopify app plugin will guide you through the process.

Ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and the request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that are non-returnable include personalized or made-to-order products, perishable goods, and intimate items like lingerie or swimwear. If your order exceeds 35 days for shipping, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund for a delayed order:

  2. Go to the Order Page and select the delayed order.
  3. Click the Request Refund button, and we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the item purchased. Typically, delivery takes between 7-21 days. However, unforeseen circumstances like customs delays may affect the estimated time. We provide real-time tracking updates so you can monitor your shipment.


8. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel:

  2. Go to your Order History and select the order.
  3. Click Cancel Order if the option is available.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process after receiving the product.

  2. Go to the Order Page and submit a Return Request indicating that the item was damaged or defective.
